Since moving here in August 2010 our company has gone from strength to strength and taken on more office spaces within the building as we have grown. We moved to The Mill @ Scott Hall 4 months ago now and are very pleased with the office and facilities we use. As a web based residential lettings and management company we need easy access to different areas of Leeds; as The Mill is close to the Inner City Ring Road this cuts our travel time and allows us to carry out more viewings and ultimately get more lets! 24/7 access to the office and just 1 monthly bill makes The Mill an easy place to admin and do business from.



Fran and Graham Etherington are my Landlords at The Mill @ Scott Hall. I would recommend them both as great people to work with. They are helpful, accessible, highly responsive and, above all, fair and reasonable. It strikes me that the raison d'etre for many landlords is to suck as much out of tenants as they possibly can with surcharges and extras - Fran and Graham offer very reasonable rates and are transparent in their approach.
